Colour scheme
Just a little pointer, with the current colour scheme some text/links are unreadable especially the profile sidebar and names in the member list.

Also something that I dunno if you can change that would make navigation easier would be to have the most recently replied topic on the righthand side of the forums rather than the most recent poster

If I pm you the .psd you can easily edit it if you want, I was thinking of using your current font but it becomes too pixelated
